Refund policy
Ready to ship/in stock items can be returned for a full refund or an equal exchange within 7 days of purchase and made to order items can be returned for store credit. The refund, exchange or credit will be applied when the item is received in original, undamaged condition by Hawks Jewelry. The amount of your refund, exchange or credit will be price of the item at the time of purchase less any discounts taken at checkout. You will not be refunded any shipping fees you paid. You will need to contact us at hawksjewelry@gmail.com to initiate the return process. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs of returning the item to Hawks Jewelry.
Custom orders are final and can not be returned. Made to order items can be exchanged and the value used toward the purchase of an in-stock item. The value can not go toward the purchase another made to order or custom item.
What if my item is damaged when I receive it or it never arrives?
Open your item as soon as you receive it to make sure that it is the correct item and not damaged. If it is the wrong item or damaged please take a picture of it and email us right away with your order number so that we can help you. If the item doesn't arrive within the designated time, please contact us with the order number and USPS tracking number so that we can determine if the item was delivered or not. If USPS can confirm that it was delivered to the address provided then it is out of our hands and we can not replace it or refund you for the item. If it was never delivered then we will initiate the insurance process with USPS and create and ship a replacement item to you as soon as possible.
